  I had this issue before unlocking the stable. After unlocking the stable, I can see how this may be intended, but I also would like to be able to move the fibre around after finding better horses to replace the one i have, regardless.

  This isn’t actually a bug, but intended behavior. Plant fibre is designed to stay in a horse’s inventory at all times — even before the stable is unlocked. This prevents stables from being used as unlimited sources of free plant fibre, since they automatically generate it to feed the horses.
  
  We understand this might be a little unclear, as there’s no in-game message explaining why the item can’t be removed. Thank you so much for your understanding, and we really appreciate you taking the time to ask!

  I think this is working as intended. Once you get the stable, it automatically feeds fiber to the horses and refills it. If you were able to take it out, you could essentially mass print fiber for yourself by leaving the horses in there all day, take it out, and have the stable fill it up again

  I dont know why you cant remove fibre from the horse once you added it, i mounted up, pressed e to sprint with my inventory open, and it added 3 stacks of fibre to my horse. i need it for wool thread. 1.0 you could remove it all you wanted. stable supplying fibre does not increase the stacks it has in its inventory, it only keeps it alive. please fix this bug

  They really need to disable the quick-send buttons for horse inventory. This would solve the issue most people have, which is accidentally sending all the fiber to the horse
