Can't Dismantle "Nocturnal Opulence" Prison Cell

  Repaired a DLC prison cell on the other side of a wall. Now it can't be repaired, dismantled or moved. Has a blue line connecting me to it. Other players cant move, dismantle, or repair as well.

  When I try to delete, it says there are items in the inventory. But the cell is empty!!

  In case it matters for reproducing, the cell had a prisoner in it but I moved them. This doesn't seem to affect regular cells though. I think its just the Nocturnal Opulence cell.

  This happened to us with the DLC Prison. Hosted
  - We had a 99% rogue unit from Dunley Farmlands
  - Fed it gruel to try and level it up to 100%
  - It turned into an abomination that damaged the room and surrounding cages
  - One of the cages is now always showing the blue build line to my character and can not be repaired or dismantled

  Prisons can sometimes be unable to be picked up.
  Gives the "Can't dismantle while items in inventory"
  Trying to move prisoners into new prisons with dusk callers.
  The issue started as we were moving prisoners
  No modified game files.
  
  No real need to troubleshoot PC specs.
  Was able to eventually dismantle the prison by putting an item in every open inventory slot of the prison and then removing them. It's gotta be something that the game still thinks the prisoner is in the cell even though its not. It was also with one of the new Venom Blade faction mobs.

  -We placed a unit in the cell.
  -Fed it gruel until it reached 100% progress.
  -It transformed into an abomination, damaging the room and nearby cages.
  -Now, one of the cages constantly displays a red build outline on the structure and a the blue building line pointing to my friend’s character. It can’t be repaired, dismantled, or moved.

  Same here, for us its not an issue with it until its had a prisoner inside.
  I wanted to move a prisoner from one castle to another, wasn't able to remove it so I could dusk call the prisoner there. After walking the prisoner over to the other castle and coming back we were unable to remove the cell.

  Not being able to dismantle the cell means not being able to remove a castle and its a pretty serious issue please prioritize this issue which is still not fixed.
