Clan invites not working
📋 Describe the Issue.
I'm about halfway through Act 1 and was trying to invite a friend to my clan. I sent dozens of invites to no avail. We simply could not join each other's clans for some reason.
🔧 Troubleshooting Steps you have already tried, such as:
I tried all the standard stuff recommended, such as restarts, drivers, etc. One thing I did see somebody suggesting is that we must both delete our Castle Hearts in order to join up. Even if this works, which I haven't tried, this is clearly not as intended so I'd rather not try this. Surely there must be another way.
I sent my invites originally before the other person had a Castle Heart, and only I did. I thought maybe they had to leave the opening tutorial area but this didn't work and continued to not work up to and including when they built their Castle Heart.
🌐 Server Information:
The server is private but running on standard settings so effectively should be the same as the official servers I would think.

Frank MergedI cannot invite my friend to our 3/4 clan. We play on an official server with Brutal difficulty. The "Join" button is grayed out for him, displaying the message: "Surpassing castle heart limit of 1." However, we only have one castle heart, and he has none. This bug started today — it was working seamlessly yesterday.

Silver Mergedi get the message "your combined castles will surpass the clan castle limit by 2" when trying to invite my 4rd clan member, they have nothing placed anywhere, they just got to the waygate, had no issue inviting the other two members.

Stephen OrrI am on an official PVE server, Only have 1 Castle Heart, I set up a clan, and invited my friend before he a castle heart and it failed, and also the same error after he built his castle heart. The error message is Clan Castle limit exceed by 1.
