  I have been unable to connect since this morning April 25th, at least. It matches arrival of Patch 1.1.
  
  Currently using: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP with its latest version (24.9.1) as well as Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

  This is a v2 of a previous bug as I didn't properly follow the template; Please bear with me.
  
  -What exactly is happening? I have been unable to connect since this morning April 25th, at least. It matches arrival of Patch 1.1.
  -What were you doing before the issue occurred? Haven't played since the Patch 1.1 arrived.
  -When did the issue start? Was it after a specific update or event? After Patch 1.1 arrived
  -Have you modified your game files or installed any mods? No

  I did everything listed under this topic, in the bug template. I am now making a backup of my game files, expecting to uninstall and reinstall if necessary.

  Had this issue around Gloomrot launch, and again over the past couple of days. Managed to play with friends for about 8 hours yesterday without issue after I flushed DNS, but today I was disconnecting every 5 minutes no matter what we tried - and nothing had changed in the 24 hours between sessions. Soemtimes it's just the 'connection issues' image for a few seconds before returning to normal, other times it kicks me back to the main menu.
  
  Same as OP; no other internet issues on my end, other games have no issues. Have tried every troubleshooting method I've found and nothing makes any difference.

  The game loses connection for half a second. This shouldn't happen since I'm playing offline (my world is hosted on my PC).
  It's a pain in the ass.

  Upon trying to load up a new save, when playing solo in offline mode or not, before 1.0 update and after I am hit with the above mentioned error. Despite everything I try, searches I do, literally nothing works. The game is quite literally unplayable due to this error despite all attempts. Any fixes? (I've tried DNS server switches, command shell fixes, VPNs, network changes device changes and nada. Nothing works

  In order to investigate this issue further we need some more information.
  
  What kind of server are you experiencing these issues on? Are you the server host?
  
  Please send the following files to logs@playvrising.com with a short description of the issue:
  -The Player.log file and the Player-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened
  (located here: %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising)
  
  -The Player-server.log file and the Player-server-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened, if you are the server host
  (located here: %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising)

  I have sent the requested logs along in a separate email. The connection issues continue at the same frequency as my initial report after the most recent hotfix.
  
  I am the Server Host. I am the only player on my server. It is a PVE server.

  Same issue, I tried everything, I already have a hundred hours on the game and just recently started to get a message on my screen saying "The connection has expired" every time I try to log in on any server on the server list and even when I try to play on my server. When I am able to connect with my server, the game gets constant lag and lost connection problems. This has been happening for a while and I am not being able to play anymore :(

  For me, I put Steam in Offline Mode, made a single player game, and was having fun with it. Recently, my router started going on the fritz, so I've been having trouble with my internet. However, when the internet goes out on my house, so does my game. WTH? I'm on a single player world with the same computer hosting it. What is happening? I have just the same issues as Duskey. The FAQ is not working, either.

  Every few minutes have a lag for appx 1-3 sec, the world halts, then enemies are teleported to a new location. It's very enoying while boss fights, sometimes costs you life.

  J'ai installé V RISING le 19 mars 2023. J'ai pu jouer 34h sans problème. J'ai essayé de jouer récemment et je me retrouve avec "perte de connexion réseau". J'ai testé toutes les "astuces" fournies sur internet pour essayer de résoudre le problème. Rien ne fonctionne. Je ne suis pas informaticien, ce n'est pas à moi, utilisateur de trouver une solution. J'ai ce problème QUE sur ce jeu. J'ai payé pour un jeu qui ne fonctionne PLUS.

  Changing the priority of the executables in task manager makes it work a little more smoothly. It disconnects for 1 sec instead of 3 after doing that.

  game is literally unplayable my wifi is been good and great the only problem is the game. even on private servers connection issues been bringing up every 5 seconds and is literally not playable please fix this i beg you. i want to grind this game
