Veil of chaos second dash not working.
The “Veil of Chaos” ability isn’t allowing its intended second dash. Normally, after the first dash, there should be a brief recast window allowing a second dash before the cooldown starts, which is what sets it apart from other dashes. Currently, no recast window appears, and pressing the ability key again does nothing, the ability goes straight on cooldown after one use.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Equip Veil of Chaos.
2) Use the ability to dash.
3) Try to press the ability key again during the expected recast window.
4) Notice that no second dash occurs.
This issue significantly reduces the skill’s mobility and makes it weaker compared to other dash options.

Max Mergedwhen using veil of chaos it's not possible to recast the ability to dash again. the veil ability enters cooldown directly. there is no float text telling me to recast. the problem started directly after I got my tier 4 chaos spell point and unlocked the ability. resetting chaos abilities at the altar of recollection does not solve the issue.

GimpYou can dash again AFTER you attack as stated in the tooltip... once you attack an enemy after dashing you can then dash again... you can't do it consecutively like before the patch anymore

MaxGimp is right, I noticed that as well after I posted the report 😅 the recast condition was changed. I feel like this change is a bit sad but was also necessary since I basically didn't have a reason to use any other veil skill than chaos before the path.

aYou cannot swap your weapons after dash. The buff is apllied like an infusion on yoru weapon

novaIf you hit fast after using chaos dash, it will not activate the recast, no heal and no ignite. But if you wait for a bit before hitting, you will get the recast+heal+ignite. All other dashes works fine when you hit fast but not chaos dash so I think this is really a bug.

Matthew MergedI have noticed the Veil of illusion and the the Veil of chaos no longer do what they use to do. Veil of illusion, the decoy left no longer shoots at enemies and The veil of chaos no longer double dashes. Is this meant to be or is it actually a bug?

gremothe ACTUALL bug of veil of chaos. is that if you auto attack instantly after the first veil, it will go on cooldown without the recast happening, nor you get the healing proc. sls needs to resolve this because its a huge negative on pvp and thus it will affect the gameplay overal.
