Location specific crash

Running private servers, I experienced what seems to be a network related crash upon a entering a specific area on the map : a small viniard are directly adjacent to the "Sommelier" boss building, just est of it, right under the nearby bridge.
Approaching this zone causes SEVERE lags and eventualy a crash.
Worse, encroaching to deep into this zone can cause any attempt to log back in, to crash immedialty, leaving the player permently stuck.

MichaëlUpdate : Verifying the game cashes and fixing corrupted files seems to have fixed it
