razer dlc missing

When the Razer DLC was available, I picked it up and had it a part of my account. I just noticed this evening that it is no longer on my list of DLCs that I own. I checked with a couple of friends who picked it up when I did and theirs is still attached to their games with no issues at all. I tried checking for this issue on the community hub of steam and other searchable places, but did not find anyone else having this issue (or at least not reporting it).
