  We're sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with Sanguine Coil.
  
  Please ensure your server is running the correct version. If you are the server host, you can check the server version by opening the Player-server.log file and searching for 'Version: VRisingServer'. The server version should be v1.1.3.0-r91397-b16 or higher. If you are not the server host, contact the server admin.
  
  If you are the server host, your server is running the correct version and you are still experiencing the issue, it would be a huge help if you could email the following files to logs@playvrising.com :
  -The Player-server.log file and the Player-server-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened
  (located here: %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising)
  
  -The Player.log file and the Player-prev.log file from the session where the issue happened

  Cooldown is frozen, rendering the ability to one use only until you switch it for another spell and then switch it back

  I had the same problem except no amount of switching could fix it. its still stuck at a 6 second cooldown not being able to cast and when attempting to cast it would show a 5s on my cursor. my corrupted skull skill is also frozen in the same way except it doesn't show me a cooldown or red numbers

  hi some of me skills are locked the wont recharge like frozen in time and i tried reset school and reinstal the game so i dont know what i can do

  the 2 skills are frozen cant use them if i try use them a cooldown timer showed and on image you see on sanguine coil dont show charge
  
  what i tried reinstal game swich spells reset school and reset settings nothing works
  
  im not the host of the server

  I have this issue, I'm on official server 3002, when I equip sanguine coil with the gem Starving River it caused it to stop working, seems like the cooldown is stuck.

  my bug also happened about when i equipped the jewel "hungering eye". i have other jewels in spells but the only spells affected are sanguine coil and corrupted skull

  to me it happened on my own server. it occurred when I equipped a jewel increasing the number of charges. the cooldown is now stuck on 5 sec

  A friend and I were playing on a private server I was hosting. She got the bug either yesterday or when we continued today and tried multiple things (changing the equipped spell, checking if the button on the keyboard stopped working, swapping the spell between buttons, used the Altar of Recollection to reset the Blood school and pick the spell again, closed the game and used Steam to verify game files). Nothing fixed it.
  The spell was working normally for me for a good few hours, until a few minutes ago. Was doing a resource run in Gloomrot and got the Sanguine Tear Jewel as a drop. I equipped it and during the next fight, I noticed I couldn't fire the spell anymore after the initial casts. Cooldown is stuck on 4 seconds.
  Swapping spells, and unequipping the jewel does not fix it. Other spells work normally. I don't know if equipping a jewel triggered the bug for my friend.

  I, too, have encountered this problem. None of the available solutions does not help. Always played with this skill because it is great, but the latest update 1.1 just killed this awesome healing + damage dealing skill. After using a jewel for an extra charge, the cooldown just froze. Really hope the coil is playable again soon.....

  I also have this problem. I also have a jewel inserted that increases the charge count.
  The problem occurred at the same time my Corrupted Skulls spell stopped working. I'm assuming its related. For a while, Corrupted Skull still kinda worked, but it would only cast one charge. Now though, Corrupted Skulls doesn't even cast.
  I have to assume this is a problem with the jewel. Since I'm seeing that pattern in other comments.
  
  This is on a private server. I'm hosting. Entirely single-player.

  I have encountered this as well. It's slightly inconsistent. My first experience was mid-combat with a +1 charge, +1 bounce, and +1 charge on kill jewel. It seemed to be casting fine, but then abruptly stopped working in the middle of combat. Trying to replicate the issue with a similar jewel took multiple combats, but did happen after a few.
  
  Sometimes swapping jewels will partially fix it, other times the ability locks up seemingly permanently regardless of jewel charges, spell swaps, death, and school resets. Swapping spells sometimes puts it on a cooldown that never decreases, swapping jewels starts a 6s cooldown but the spell remains stuck afterward.
  
  I tried verifying the files and restarting my computer. Originally I thought it was due to the jewel being console-spawned, but then it happened again on a different save with a naturally generated of +1 charge and recharge on kill.
  
  I play on multiple private servers that I host, only one of which has a friend playing with me.

  Same here, For me it's not just Sanguine Coil but the corrupted skull as well. For Corrupted skull, it was first reduced to 1 charge skill but hours later the cooldown is frozen

  my sanguine coil is also having issues, stuck on cooldown of 4 seconds, switched it into a different slot, still stuck. I had added a jewel to it to add a charge then it stopped working. Please fix!! It's my favorite ability! Thanks guys! Killer update btw!

  This issue should be fixed as of Hot Fix 2. If the issue persists, ensure the server you are playing on has been patched and has received the fix.
  
  If the server you are playing on has been updated and the issue still persists, let us know! If you're playing on an official server, please also include the name of the server and the name of your character on that server.

  Not fixed as of Hotfix 2. Charges are still going negative because of the mechanic for a free cast. It reduces the charges but does not increment it afterwards. This was from Hotfix 2, on a dedicated server yesterday.

  This just happened to one of my server's members. The server had 0 mods on it. They have Sanguine Coil stuck on 3 seconds in the cooldown, and they have Hateful Bauble jewel equipped. Nothing they can do fixes it, not even unlearning it and re-learning it. Hoping this gets fixed.

  Not entirely sure what happened, I was able to use sanguine coil for single fight, Now the skill won't activate at all. It shows the icon normally minus the usages but I can't use the skill anymore, I've tried removing the gem in it but no matter what I try it just won't work anymore. All the other skills/spells in game seem to work perfectly but this one just doesn't do anything anymore no matter which slot I put it into. It's been like this now for about 3 days. It seems to be stuck on permanent cool down, the picture I added was me using bloodrage then switching the skill over to sanguine coil and it's now stuck with 2/3 charges on an infinite 1s cooldown that never decreases.

  Sanguine Mastery's effect of boosting blood efficiency is either not working or not displaying - calculations remain unchanged with or without it, and the 8% boost _should_ be enough to push 47% blood into the next tier, but either is not, or, again does not display

  Same issue, happened a few hours ago. Picked up a jewel for sanguine coil that gives it an extra charge, completely broke the skill. Tried unequipping the jewel, equipping a different one, resetting the skill tree, nothing's fixed it

  Sanguine coil and Corrupted skull skills cannot be used, swapped them out with other skills and they work properly aslo corrupted skull skill timer is frozen at 4 sec.

  Same here. I'm on a private server that has hotfix 2 applied. Problem occured after equipping a jewel with additional charges.
  
  Nothing is setting it back to normal.. i tried:
  - switching skills
  - equipping other jewels
  - restarting
  - dying
  - reseting skill tree
  - checking files via steam
  . uninstalling
  
  please fix soon

  I'm posting a new bug because the last bug report says "Done", but I'm clearly getting the same bug. Sanguine Coil is stuck at 5 sec cooldown and no amount of resetting, validating files, etc. seems to fix it. I'm on an Indifferent Broccoli server.

  Sanguine coil either shows CD not moving (I was having 3s for example for minutes), or I am not able to use it at all (meaning it's off CD but pressing R does nothing). Relogging, restarting game does nothing.
