Veil of Illusion Jewel not respawning illusion

  I have observed the same in my game.
  Recasting Veil of Illusion does not respawn the illusion when you have the property applied with an active jewel. It simply disappears.
  
  What exactly is happening?
  I have the jewel active on the ability that describes the illusion respawning when recasting, and it does infact not respawn.
  
  What were you doing before the issue occurred?
  I noticed it as soon as I tried to test the ability and I have not been able to respawn the illusion at all.
  
  -When did the issue start? Was it after a specific update or event?
  It is constant and I noticed it as soon as I wanted to test the ability.
  
  -Have you modified your game files or installed any mods?
  No, we play on a vanilla server hosted at a third party with no mods.
  
  -Troubleshooting Steps you have already tried, such as:
  Verified local games files, as well as the server files.
  Restarted the game and the server.
  Tried different jewels with other combinations of properties.

  I just noticed this as well. I attempted troubleshooting it in-game by dueling a clan member and the jewel modification is not working at all.

  Hotfix #8 mentioned this being fixed:
  
  "Fixed a bug where Veil of Illusion jewels that were supposed to summon an additional illusion on recast did not properly spawn one."
  
  But it's still not working!
