Looted Death Bag Potions and Other Hotkey items Don't Return to Their Same Hotkey Slots

Every time your death bag is looted your potions and other items on hotkeys don't return to their same slot so you have to rearrange them and if you forget to then you begin drinking and using other potions you don't mean to when you hit your assumed hotkeys.. I thought this would have been fixed by now it's been a problem for a long time and it is extremely frustrating.
