  Unable to place foundations when using the castle relocation heart due to invalid territory.
  
  I accidentally aborted my relocation yesterday by leaving the area, then went back to try to relocate again and it's now saying that the territory is invalid for relocation.
  
  This is on a private server, and I am the server host.
  
  I have tried restarting my PC, resetting my game settings, rolling back to a save prior to placing the original castle relocation heart, verifying my game files, and adjusting my server build settings.

  I cannot connect the old castle heart because of the map bug. When zoom in/out, the sign in the map changed.
