If you drop Megara low enough to drop blood orbs while she is off the platform directly after transforming the blood orbs will drop off platform and be inaccessible by the player

Difficulty: Brutal
Bug:
1) Spawning of blood orbs inside the small pool when using |*blood coating*| on a weapon.
2) At the |*50%*| HP mark, and boss is inside the big pool in the center.
The blood orbs spawn in an inaccessible location (cannot be reached). -
