Co-op Dracula fight

During Dracula fight, if being revived when the timer hits 0 for the downed player. Both players will be ejected from the arena.

For additional context, I was downed in the fight and my friend got Dracula to "phase 3" from "phase 2" the only real good time to try and get a revive in. This was in Brutal.

side note. he didn't respawn in his chair, as a consequence.

Just had this same issue in normal difficulty when he was transforming to phase 2. Tried to revive my friend and we both got ejected.
