Sanguine Coil still broken
despite what the bug report post says, this issue is not resolved yet. It is the same as before, where the spell never comes off cooldown, and never builds charges.

the sanguine coil spell became unusable during a fight. we tested a little in-game and are guessing that the "increased maximum charges" stat is at fault for it. we compared different jewels and those that had said stat, while equipped, made the spell break -

Dillonsame thing happened to me after using a jewel that increases maximum charges. i was able to use it for a little while but with in a few minutes i was unable to use it.

Dillonalso im playing on a private server and we had the person hosting the server restart the server and now sanguine coil is working properly and has all 4 charges with the jewel equip . so if you are on a private server you can possibly fix it by having the person hosting the server restart the server.
