Ancestral weapon disappeared.

Either after crafting an ancestral weapon and trying to swap it immediately into my hotbar caused it to disappear. Or not clicking complete seemed to evaporate the weapon out of existence, the resources and shattered version are completely gone, not in any inventory or chest.
