Quest not completing

I was messing around with the admin menu and did this command "givecombatpresetandallunlocks T08_Valyr". I wanted to see what will that command do. It gave me gear. I didn't know it unlocks everything from bosses. Right after I did the command I want todo the quests on the top left. I had to "Discover a way to refine hides into Leather" and "Upgrade the Castle Heart to level 2 and interact with it". I killed the boss that had the Tannery, then I notes I have every boss unlocked. I went back to my Castles Heart, spawned the items to upgrade it to level 2. I got the check mark for the castle heart quest. Then I built the Tannery, clicked F on it, and noting happened. I remembered in the past clicking F on the Tannery completes the quest. Then I thought maybe they changed it for the update and I had to turn hide in to leather but that didn't work. Now I'm stuck and the items you unlock from the quest are still locked. Also can you add a way to skip the beginners quests.
