Constant driver timeouts with AMD GPU

The game freezes, and I receive an AMD driver timeout report. Usually the game becomes completely non responsive, but one or two times the game did continue running, just with a frozen frame of me playing in a different area about 5 minutes before. I have tried just about everything to fix this issue, I truly don't know what other options remain.
