Game crashing after loading

Hello girls and guys. I cannot play the game it crashes after loading. I see my character in the world but image is static or I can play 5 sec than game is crashed.

My notebook is asus tuf gaming Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz, 8GB of Memory, GTX 1650.

I tried to reinstall nvidea drivers, settings to minimum, invalidate game files in steam, different game boosting tools, virus scanning
