Game doesn't save settings

Each time I launch the game I'm forced to set bightness, accept terms and conditions, input my age etc. as if I was running game for the first time. Game also doens't keep saved user settings (changed keyboard mapping, resolution etc.) and requires me to manualy set up each time game is run.

From the looks of the logs, it seems that it has trouble reading the ClientList.json
The JsonSerialization wants a JsonArray or wants to be a normal .NET type.
I have pasted the link to the part of log where the error occurs.
