Game doesn't save settings

Each time I launch the game I'm forced to set bightness, accept terms and conditions, input my age etc. as if I was running game for the first time. Game also doens't ...

cyril the cursed smith not giving black ingot and advanced furnace

I beat cyril 2 times and have not recieved black ingot or the advanced furnace. Cannot go any further without these items. I would hate to quit game.
